Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • In the original packaging where reasonably possible

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Examples of non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of your returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider as processing may take time
  3. Contact your bank as posting delays can occur

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Sale items cannot be refunded unless required under applicable consumer law.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Returns must first be approved by customer service.

Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to damage, defects, incorrect shipment, or mandatory consumer rights.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted where permitted.

For higher-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
