If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

In addition to this legal right, BEXANI LIMITED voluntarily extends the withdrawal period to 30 days after delivery.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires:

14 days after you or a third party designated by you receives the goods, or
14 days after receiving the final item in an order consisting of multiple shipments.

Our extended policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery.

5. Refunds After Withdrawal

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, refunds will be processed:

Within 14 days after receipt of returned goods, or
After proof of return shipment is provided

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

No additional refund fees are charged.

6. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

Sealed products not suitable for return after opening due to hygiene reasons
Digital products after download or activation
Products that deteriorate rapidly
